All ECE Elite Team Players and Parents:
Don’t forget the mandatory Signing Day Meeting on Sunday, November 21, 2 pm-3 pm @ Friends Meeting School (Address: 3232 Green Valley Rd, Ijamsville, MD 21754)
- 2-3 pm: 14 Hurricanes & 15 Thunder (HoCo Team)
- 4-5 pm: 17 Tsunami & 18 Typhoon (FMS Team)
- 3-4 pm: 15 Storm & 16 Cyclones (FMS Team)
Prior to the meeting, you need to:
- SUBMIT YOUR UNIFORM ORDER ONLINE by Saturday, November 20 at 23:59 pm!! All players must order new uniforms except for the practice players.
- Register for our team with CHRVA – All players should log in to their CHRVA account and update their membership to change the Club Name from “undecided” to “East Coast Elite” ASAP. Once you log in, you can find this option located under the “Member Profile” on the “Member Area” menu on the left. If you didn’t get a full membership initially, you will need to do choose “full membership” in order to claim East Coast Elite as your club.

#3. Signed USAV Medical Release Form
#4. Sign online ECE COVID-19 WAIVER FOR SEASON 2021-2022
#5. Sign online ECE PHOTO RELEASE FORM FOR SEASON 2021-2022
#6. Print & Sign ECE 18U ELITE TEAM PLAYER FEES AGREEMENT 2021-2022 or ECE ELITE TEAM PLAYER FEES AGREEMENT or ECE TEAM PRACTICE PLAYER FEES AGREEMENT 2021-2022
#7. Print & Sign ECE Players & Parents Expectations Contract
#8. Keep a copy for yourself: ECE Practice Cancellation Policy 2021-2022
#9. Four checks pre-dated, signed, and made out to ECEVBC for the Club Fees
#10.One check of $195 and dated Nov. 21, 2021 for the Uniform order (ALL PLAYERS except for practice players)
