2026-2027 Tournament Information

A total of 19 Tournament Days for each 10-player Elite Team. ECE Elite Teams will participate in the following tentative multi-day tournaments, CHRVA Regional tournament (March 7 for 18U and April 17/18 for others), and additional local tournaments in the DMV area. (PARTICIPATION DETERMINED BY COACHES AND TOURNAMENT LINEUP IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE DUE TO AVAILABILITY)

  • MLK Kickoff Classic (pending): Jan 16-18, 2027 at the Lancaster Convention Center, Spooky Nook Sports Center in Lancaster/York, PA area. OR MID-Atlantic Opener at Greater Philadelphia Expo Center or York Expo Center. (Both tournaments are STAY TO-PLAY tournaments, all players must stay in designated hotels as assigned by ECE Travel Director (travel and hotel costs are additional to Club fees).
  • JVA Charm City (pending): January 30-31, 2027 at Baltimore Convention Center, MD OR NIKE National Harbor Showdown January 29-31. Both are local DMV tournaments.
  • Capitol Hill Classic (CHC): February 13-15, 2027 at the Walter E. Convention Center, Washington DC. (This is NOT a STAY TO-PLAY tournament, however, all players must stay in designated hotels as assigned by ECE Travel Director (travel and hotel costs are additional to Club fees) OR Northeast Qualifier (NEQ’s): various dates in March and April, 2027 @ Pennsylvania Convention Center in PA. For either tournament, ECE requires all players must stay in designated hotels as assigned by ECE Travel Director (travel and hotel costs areadditional to Club fees). 
  • Shamrock Showdown (accepted): March 13-14, 2027 at the St. James Sports Center, Springfield, VA OR 2027 Girls Chesapeake Showdown, April 24-25, 2027 at Adventist Healthcare Fieldhouse, Boyds, MD. Both tournaments are two-day local DMV tournaments.
  • East Coast Championships (ECC) (accepted): May 29-31, 2027 at the David Lawrence Convention Center in Pittsburgh, PA. ALL ECE TEAMS will participate except for the 18U FMS Elite Team. (This is a NOT a STAY-TO-PLAY tournament (travel and hotel costs are additional to Club fees).
