All ECE Elite Team Players and Parents:
Don’t forget the mandatory Signing Day Meeting on Sunday, November 17, 2 pm-4 pm @ Friends Meeting School (Address: 3232 Green Valley Rd, Ijamsville, MD 21754)
Prior to the meeting, you need to:
- Register for our team with CHRVA – All players should log in to their CHRVA account and update their membership to change the Club Name from “undecided” to “East Coast Elite” ASAP. Once you log in, you can find this option located under the “Member Profile” on the “Member Area” menu on the left. If you didn’t get a full membership initially, you will need to do choose “full membership” in order to claim East Coast Elite as your club.
What to bring to signing day:
- Print a copy of updated CHRVA full-membership card listing “East Coast Elite” as your volleyball club.
- Download, print and sign the applicable Fee Contracts:
- ECE 14s, 15s, 16s, 17s @ Friends Meeting School Elite Team Player Fees Agreement Contract
- ECE 14s, 15s, 16s, 17s @ Friends Meeting School Elite Team Practice Players Fees Agreement Contract
- Download, print and sign the Player and Parent Expectations Contract
- First quarterly payment check and 3 post dated checks made out to ECE VBC as discussed in the ECE Fee contracts.
- Bring a check to pay for your player’s uniform order (new uniform this year!). All player’s uniforms must be ordered at the Signing Meeting. No exception.
- A copy of player’s Birth Certificate for proof of age. **NOTE: It must be the Birth Certificate; no other document is acceptable.
- Bring chairs for yourself and your player.
