Tryouts are behind us, and we have assembled ? great Elite teams!  We are excited about the season and are looking forward to getting started.  To launch our season, ECE will host mandatory signing day on Sunday, November 21 from 2 to 5 pm at the Friends Meeting School.

*** Parents and players of Elite Teams, this is a mandatory meeting!! **

Prior to the meeting, you need to:

  1. Register for our team with CHRVA: All players should go back into CHRVA and update their membership to change the Club Name from “undecided” to “East Coast Elite” ASAP.  If you did not pay for a full membership initially, you will need to upgrade to and pay for the full membership and also claim East Coast Elite Volleyball Club as your club.
    Please print out a NEW copy of your players CHRVA card that shows valid membership for the year and East Coast Elite Volleyball as the club and return it in-person on Sunday.

      2. Submit Player Information Form.

At the mandatory Signing Meeting on Sunday, November 21, 2021, we will:

  • Collect your ECE Fees Agreement Contract: On our website (under 2021-2022 Season Information, Parent/Player Resources), you will find the Fees Agreements Contract.  Please note that you are responsible for paying the club the complete fee ($2,280) for 14U/15U/16U/17U Elite team players, ($1,860) for 18U Elite Team players, and $1,140 for practice players, regardless of whether your daughter stays on the team all season.  The money holds her spot and pays for all team expenses. 
    Please download, print and sign your Fees Agreement Contract and return it in-person on the Signing Day, November 21.

  • Collect Parent and Player Expectations Contracts:  We will discuss these expectations at the meeting.  
    Please download, print and sign your Parent and Player Expectations contracts and return them in-person on Sunday. 

  • Collect your ECE fees:   Fees are to be paid in four (4) equal installments, and all checks are made out to ECEVBC due at signing. Your first quarterly payment is due on Sunday, November 21 and we will also collect 3-4 post-dated checks for the remainder of your fees. Installment dates for dating your checks include:

  • Collect your ECE Jersey fees: ~$195 per uniform package, this is for each player. The uniform package includes two jerseys, one spandex shorts, one ECE backpack, and one ECE Facemask. 

  • Collect Documentation: Each player will need to bring (1) a copy of their Birth Certificate for proof of age (MUST BE Birth Certificate, no other alternatives) and (2) updated/current CHRVA membership card listing East Coast Elite Volleyball Club as the player’s Team/Cub.

***NOTE: It must be the Birth Certificate; no other document is acceptable.  
Please bring a copy of your birth certificate on Sunday.

  • Order Uniforms for players: Uniform order information will be posted on the ECE website early next week.  All orders will be placed individually by players or their parents and paid for via the uniform order website. Practice players have the option of ordering a uniform.  Numbers will be assigned based on returning players first, players will have the opportunity to list their top 3 numbers for consideration. Orders must be placed by TBD Date/Time for on-time delivery.  

  • Order Spirit wear: Get your spirit on!  The spirit wear online store will be open and all spirit wear orders must be placed by the first week of December (a hard deadline date will be decided on and communicated to families via the website).

Let us know if you are interested in doing any of the following: 

  • Each team needs a team representative. The team mom or dad is the liaison between the ECE Board of Directors, the coaches, the players, and parents. This person handles communications, collects payments for team incidentals, etc.

  • Each team needs a social media/communications content owner. This individual will provide content for the website, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter pages, including tournament results, player news, photos, etc.
