13U/14U HoCo: FRI, 10/24/2025, 7:00-9:00 pm @ Briggs Chaney MS ;

13U/14U HoCo Makeup: SUN, 10/26/2025, 3:30-5:30 pm @ Paint Branch HS

15U/16U HoCo: FRI, 10/31/2025, 7:00-9:00 pm @ Fairland ES ;

15U/16U HoCo Makeup: SAT 11/1/2025, 3:00-5:00 pm @ Paint Branch HS

15U/16U FMS: SAT, 11/1/2025, 10 am-1 pm @ Friends Meeting School ;

16U/17U FMS: SUN, 11/2/2025, 2-4 pm @ Friends Meeting School ;

15U/16U/17U FMS Makeup: SUN, 11/2/2025, 4-6 pm @ Friends Meeting School ;

ALL Teams Mandatory Signing Day: SUN, 11/9/2024, 2-5 pm @ Friends Meeting School;

ECE’s Tryouts for the 15U/16U/17U FMS Elite Teams begin on SATURDAY November 2.

Are You Ready?????!!!!!

Don’t forget to FALL BACK one hour of the clock this Sunday to end day light saving time!!

Here are a few reminders for ECE’s tryouts:

  • 15U & 16U FMS Team:  Saturday, November 2, 10 AM – 1 PM 
  • 16U & 17U FMS Team:  Sunday, November 3,  2 PM – 4 PM 
  • 15U/16U/17U FMS Team Makeup:  Sunday, November 3,  4 PM – 6 PM  
  • Mandatory Signing Day (All Teams): Sunday, November 10, 2 PM – 4 PM

  4. Pay $60 ECE tryout fee (Venmo/PayPal/Credit/Debit Card/Cash) upon arrival.

WHAT TO BRING TO TRYOUTS?

***********************************

  • MUST: Arrive 15 minutes early to check in and warm up. Parents drop off players at tryouts. Only coaches, players, and ECE staff are permitted to stay in the gym.
  • MUST: Bring your own bottled water enough for 2-3 hours of active play.
  • MUST: Absolutely Peanut-Free at tryouts if you consider to bring any snacks/supplements. 
  • If you previously did not send in your tryout fee to ECE, you MUST bring  $60 to pay tryout fee at tryouts (Venmo/PayPal/Credit/Debit Card/Cash). 
  • If you previously did not send in valid and required documents during the online registration, you MUST bring a proof of 2024-2025 CHRVA membership Card and signed USAV Medical Form to tryouts.

Did you miss ECE’s 13U/14U Club tryout on Oct 25? ECE got you covered! Come to the Makeup or/and Supplemental tryouts during Oct 27 – Oct 29. This is your last chance to develop fundamental and competitive volleyball skills while building a fun and exciting experience with ECE 13U/14U Elite Teams!!

Bring the following to Walk-ins,

  1. $6O per player (pay by cash, Venmo/PayPal/Credit Card/Debit Card upon arrival)
