On Saturday, December 7, 2019, seven ECE student-athletes from 14 Hurricanes, 15 Typhoon, 15 Storm and 16 Cyclones, and five adult chaperones participated in the very first ECE’s group volunteer event: Happy Helpers!!

ECE’s Happy Helpers prepared 400+ sandwiches along with other 20+ volunteers in Halethorpe, MD. In less than 30 minutes, all sandwiches were ready to be distributed!!
Loaded with holiday wishes, ECE Happy Distributors then drove to Harundale Presbyterian Church and gave out non-perishable food, snacks and sandwiches to the homeless.
ECE student-athletes play it forward as they gather together to give!!
