As a 501(c)3 non-profit organization and competitive volleyball club, East Coast Elite Volleyball Club believes Community Outreach is a vital piece of student-athlete development. Recent NCAA surveys show 56 percent of male and 67 percent of female student-athletes believe they have a responsibility to participate in volunteer or service activities in their communities. More than 80 percent of student-athletes volunteer at least once a year, while 44 percent serve at least a few hours a month with a variety of organizations, both local and national.

East Coast Elite desires to promote Commitment to Service among student-athletes by advocating volunteerism and engaging student-athletes to give back to the community. Supporting different causes and events not only makes our community stronger but also makes us a better volleyball club. Student-athletes do have a lot on their plates, but East Coast Elite Volleyball Club’s student-athletes believe in giving back and, even more importantly, they are making the time to do it.

East Coast Elite Volleyball Club is a certifying Organization for the President’s Volunteer Service Award (PVSA).  We highly recognizes the great work and commitment of our student-athletes and bestow Presidential recognition to our student-athletes who have achieved certain standards. The recognition is a way to thank and honor ECE’s student-athletes who, by their demonstrated commitment and example, set a standard to service to others, encourage a sustained commitment to civic participation, and inspire others to engage in volunteering.

** Effective May 27, 2025,  PVSA is on a temporary pause
