• STEP 1: Register CHRVA Membership ———–> Register CHRVA HERE
• STEP 2: Register ECE Tryout ———————-> Online registration is closed. Walk in are welcome! 
• STEP 3: Pay Tryout Fee —————————-> Before Nov 7, $40 online via PayPal.  After Nov 7, $50 cash-only. 
• STEP 4: Fill in USAV Medical Release Form——> Complete HERE
• STEP 5: Bring a copy of STEP1 & STEP4 to tryout (plus $50 cash if your tryout fee is not paid via PayPal in full by Nov 7, 2018).

** All tryout fee is non-refundable.

** Tryout fee paid after Nov 7, 2018 is increased to $50 per player and must be paid by cash-only on tryout dates.

** Walk-in on tryout dates are welcome and required to pay $50 cash-only tryout fee per player at the door.

** Registration is not complete until the payment of tryout fee is made in full prior to tryout.
