ECE Coach – Thomas Puckett
ECE Coach Thomas Puckett (First right)
This is Coach Thomas’ second year coaching at ECE. Coach Thomas played as a middle blocker for Thomas S. Wootton high school and UMBC Men’s Club Volleyball in the past, all the while training under Coach Joy . He consistently plays in a summer league (9Man Volleyball Club), and occasionally plays in winter leagues and local tournaments (Reverse Coed and Men’s). He has several years of coaching the Thomas S. Wootton High School and Winston Churchill high school Varsity Volleyball teams. Outside of volleyball, Thomas has worked with elementary and middle school students in the Montgomery County Public School system, as well as at NIH. Thomas hopes to use these experiences to help players confidently establish their presence in the front row, enhance their game sense, and impart a lasting desire to maintain and improve their mental and physical well-being.
